About TAPs

Each TAP is committed to providing:
- Resource Navigators - trained individuals who are available to help you with your computing and technology needs. (Click on TAP Team for details)
- Working Sessions - a minimum of 20 hours of open access. A work session is a time where individuals can get help (via Resource Navigator) with whatever task they may be attempting to accomplish.
- Training sessions - time given to provide technology related instructions and hands-on computer lessons. A training session will enable the client to get information and exposure to computers and the Internet in a learning environment and will help individuals become productive through the use of technology.

Each TAP has designated a computer to smartvoter.org. During campaigning season, individuals can access the site and find relevant information pertaining to candidates, ballot issues, and register to vote.
Each TAP is equipped with the following resources to help you:
- up to 10 Desktop Computers
- Printer
- Fax Machine
- Copy Machine
- Scanner
- Digital Camera
- Internet Access
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Front Page, Publisher)
- Microsoft Office in Spanish
- Microsoft Children's Software
