The Technology Access Point (TAP) program is a Digital Village project and shares the vision of One East Palo Alto to connect individuals to technology. TAPs are safe, welcoming, “easy to get to” places where East Palo Alto/East Menlo Park residents can use technology to further their individual and community goals.

At each TAP, people from the community will be able to:

• Learn to use computers
• Access the Internet (Acceso en Español)
• Receive online health, career, personal, and cultural information
• Engage in civic issues and community organizing
