The effort to develop strategic alliances and strong working groups, which are crucial to the success of this project, has gone well. Significant accomplishments to date include:

• Forming the Technology Access Points Working Group
• Launching a comprehensive outreach effort to let community-based organizations know about the TAP program
• Hosting two technology access point grant application workshops
• Developing partnership with OpenVoice for content
• Getting the endorsement of One East Palo Alto and their assistance in translation and marketing efforts
