The East Palo Alto Digital Village vision is to provide the technological capability to create "One East Palo Alto" that is informed, connected and empowered.


Digital Village Celebrates Second Anniversary.

The Digital Village Program was designed to help underserved communities fulfill their aspirations for participation in the digital age. HP is working with each of these communities to develop a three- year Community Technology Partnership plan that will guide the investment of HP resources, including products, people and partnerships aimed at making information and skills broadly accessible. Up to $5 million worth of HP products, services, consulting and social venture capital is being invested in each community.

The East Palo Alto Digital Village The vision of the East Palo Alto Digital Village is to provide the technological capability to create "One East Palo Alto" that is informed, connected and empowered. Building on the work of the Neighborhood Improvement Initiative's Technology Collaborative (TechCollab), its plan is to create an empowered and connected community will give the stakeholders of East Palo Alto access to technology, the education and training to use it, resources for technology enterprise, and new methods and means for collaboration.

The East Palo Alto Digital Village is made up of a number of projects aimed at improving the quality life for all East Palo Alto and East Menlo Park residents. These include the following programs:
