(Portable Document Format) is a file format that has captured all the elements

To view and use the files, you need the free
Acrobat Reader, which you can easily download.
Once you've downloaded the Reader, it will start automatically whenever
you want to look at a PDF file.
2. Q: How do I link a .pdf file to epa.net?
2: A: To link a file, the .pdf document it must be stored locally
on the epa.net system.
You can store any file or document in our file
storage system.
Firt you must create a .pdf locally and then store a document in
file storage.
Once the document is saved and stored in the our file storage
system,
you can reference a link to this document using a simple html tag
called the A HREF html tag.
Note: A link has two ends -- called anchors -- and a direction.
The link starts at the "source" anchor and points to the "destination" anchor,
which may be any web resource.
Here is an example of an html link using the
a href tag to link a .pdf from our file storage system.
<a href="http://www.epa.net/launch/epafls/download/dennisparker/Nov%202002.pdf?version_id=386744">November
Calendar </a>
---------------------------------------------------source -------------------------------------------------------------------------destination------------
To view the source of a document under file storage, click
the document once stored entirely until it appears in your browser.
Copy the url and paste it in the a href tag as seen
above.
You must paste the url between the start quote and end quote.
The destination can be any name you choose. Make sure you close the a href
tag with this symbol </a>.
Then submit the posting as html.
