Connect seeks to improve the health and well being of families and increase families' engagement in the school and community. We primarily serve families on the Cesar Chavez Educational Complex. Connect is a collaborative program between the East Palo Alto Peninsula Partnership Collaborative, City of East Palo Alto, Ravenswood City School District, San Mateo County Human Services Agency, and The Family Support Center of the Mid-Peninsula.
