20th Anniversary General Committee to meet May 12 A committee chaired by East Palo Alto’s first Mayor, Ms Barbara Mouton and comprised of other public officials, residents, and representatives from various non-profit organizations has held meetings for the last several months to plan festivities to commemorate the City of East Palo Alto’s 20th Anniversary of Incorporation.
